Atelier · Floor · Lot · Play · Settings | Last updated: 09 Oct 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Drive Tech (the "Application" or "Service") handles information when You use Our mobile app. We designed the Application to work primarily on Your Device, with a focus on one open yard under a clear sky: an atelier, a takt floor, a mirror-slab lot, and a brand passport. Where We rely on third-party SDKs (for example attribution analytics or push delivery), they process data as described below and under their own policies.
By using the Service, You agree to the practices described in this Policy. If You do not agree, please discontinue use of the Application.
The mark rides every hood. Drive Tech is a mobile brand-yard: You assemble models in the Atelier, hold takt on the Floor, park stock on the Lot, drill Takt Trial and Strip Night in Play, and keep the passport in Settings. Yard name, yard mark, catalogue, crew, stock, briefs, deals, and hangar settings are intended to stay on Your Device unless You choose to contact Us by email. Where We rely on third-party SDKs, they process data as described below.
Application means Drive Tech, the software program provided by Us.
Company ("We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Drive Tech.
Country refers to: United Kingdom.
Device means any device that can access the Service (for example a smartphone or tablet).
Personal Data (or "Personal Information") means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service Provider means third parties that process data on Our behalf to facilitate the Service, analytics, attribution, notifications, or related technical functions.
Usage Data means data collected automatically when You use the Service (for example diagnostics, session length, or technical identifiers).
You means the individual using the Service, or the legal entity on whose behalf that individual uses the Service, as applicable.
Your yard name, yard mark (emoji stamp or optional photo), badge, catalogue models and custom tins, crew, takt line, rework, lot stock, client briefs, deals, register, drill records, sound, floor hum, haptics, onboarding completion, and similar app data are stored locally on Your Device.
We do not require an account to use the Application. Unless otherwise stated in this Policy, this local yard is not transmitted to Our servers as part of normal use. The Metal cars and bay are rendered on Your Device and do not leave the phone. We do not collect location data or microphone audio.
Photo Library (optional): If You set the yard mark from Your gallery, the Application may request access to Your photo library. Photos are used only when You select an image. We do not upload Your photos to Our servers. We do not browse Your library beyond the still You pick.
Camera (optional): If You stamp a yard mark from the camera, the Application may request access to Your camera. Photos are captured only when You take a picture and are stored locally on Your Device as JPEG data in the yard archive.
Emoji mark: You may seat a built-in emoji instead of a photo. That stamp is chosen from Application artwork and is not read from Your camera or library.
Purchases: Drive Tech does not offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or other paid unlocks. There is no StoreKit checkout in the Application.
Notifications (optional): If You allow push messaging, the Application may request notification permission. Push messages may be delivered through Our messaging partner as described below.
Usage Data. Usage Data is collected automatically when You use the Service. It may include, for example, Your Device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, diagnostic data, and timestamps or engagement signals related to the Application.
Product configuration. The Application may make limited network requests needed to operate the Service (for example to retrieve configuration). Such requests may include technical identifiers such as Your application bundle identifier together with identifiers associated with Our attribution and measurement partners, solely as needed for those technical purposes.
We use third-party providers to understand how the Application is discovered and used, to measure campaign effectiveness, to improve stability, and to deliver notifications. Depending on Your settings and applicable law, these partners may process identifiers associated with Your Device or install.
The Application may open standard iOS surfaces such as the system camera or photo picker when You choose those actions, and it may load this Policy in an in-app browser. Those surfaces are governed by Apple's policies.
We may use Personal Data to provide and maintain the Service, monitor usage, respond to Your requests, send service-related communications (including via push where You allow it), analyze and improve the Service, and support attribution and measurement as described above.
We may share information with Service Providers who process it on Our instructions and for the purposes described in this Policy, as well as where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with Your consent where applicable.
You can stop much of the Application's on-device data collection by uninstalling the Application using Your device or store standard uninstall process. Some data may already have been processed by partners according to their policies and retention practices.
We retain Personal Data only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements. Retention details for partner-processed data are governed in part by those partners' policies.
Your information may be processed in locations where We or Our partners operate, which may be outside Your jurisdiction. Where required by law, We take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
You may replay the five onboarding plates from Settings without erasing the yard. You may "Clear the yard" from Settings: the first step warns, the second asks You to type RESET. That wipe reseeds a starter yard on the Device subject to iOS behaviour (register, crew, catalogue, stamp book, stock, briefs, deals, drill records, and the yard mark return to defaults, including the default name Drive Tech). Sound, floor hum, and haptics levels remain until You change them. Onboarding runs again. You may contact Us to request access, correction, or deletion of Personal Data You have provided, subject to legal retention requirements.
No electronic transmission or storage is completely secure; We strive to use commercially reasonable safeguards for Your Personal Data. Data stored on Your Device is also protected by Your device's operating system and any security features You enable (such as a passcode or biometric lock).
We may disclose Personal Data if required by law or in good faith where disclosure is necessary to comply with legal process, protect Our rights or safety, investigate fraud, or respond to lawful requests by public authorities.
Our Service is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 16. If You believe a child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us and We will take steps to remove it where appropriate.
The Service or Our communications may contain links to third-party sites (for example partner privacy pages). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Please review their privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy in the Application or on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires additional steps.
